Pocket Studio Pro 2.0: 

On some days, if we experienced unexpectedly high order volumes, sometimes additional orders of paper rolls will be shipped from our overflow warehouse. When this happens, it sometimes is the case that the printer/bundle and additional paper rolls arrive a few days apart, due to their different starting points. We never miss items during shipment so if you receive one part or the other first, no need to worry!

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses to Europe, USA, Canada, New Zealand & Australia by FEDEX, USPS, DHL, DPD.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, rarely, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries, please contact us and we will see if we can accommodate your order.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

PocketStudio is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. However, if we are contacted within a timely manner, we will be able to correct it before it's shipped. Please make sure and double check that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

CUSTOMS

Although we make sure to fully pay all owed international duties, we are not responsible for any additional custom fees, once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country (depending on the specific limitations or regulations your country - for example: South Korea has a $150/day tax-free limit per person)
