Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped out. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within a maximum of 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide the return details and a replacement or refund as preferred - up to 15 days of receiving the product (Customer may be required to send video/photos showing the defect/damage to verify the claim).

At this time, we do not accept free returns for a simple change of mind. If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support with details and we will do our best to make you happy! If the packaging/ wrapping seals are unopened, you will be able to return your order bearing the cost of the tracked return shipping (within 15 days of its delivery date).

*Gift Card sales are final and non-refundable

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
  • Purchase was made using a discount code/affiliate link


Depending on the nature of the claim, the customer may be responsible for paying the return shipping fee.

Misdeliveries/Lost packages

Packages that have been lost, misdelivered, or exceeded the guaranteed delivery period of 45 days, are entitled to a refund or replacement of the order.

Although we try our best to sort out these situations on our own, since it involves the logistics company, some action may also be required of the recipient as well.
